Big Picture Aviation Consultants is an partner for training professionals forging covenants in training and standards to ensure the success of all members of the airline’s Flight Operations Team. Through our PRiME software platform and our other training services, we are committed to supporting an airline’s efforts to develop learning environments in which all learners succeed.

Fundamental to BPAC is our concern for people, individually and collectively. The BPAC principals have had distinguished careers in civilian as well as military aviation with extensive backgrounds in instructing and evaluating, as well as managing training programs for international airlines. Together they founded BPAC with the goals of providing airline managers with additional tools to enhance their effectiveness, and influencing the pursuit and use of “best practices” by training managers and other policy makers throughout the corporate and public arenas.
